What about shipping?

All orders will usually be dispatched from Bali, Indonesia, or The US within the first five business days of the order being placed. Some exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods, or if you Pre-Ordered an Out of Stock item. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.

U.S: free shipping for orders above $50 or $15 flat rate (3-5 business days)

Canada: free shipping for orders above $150 or $15 flat rate (7-12 business days)

Australia and New Zealand: free shipping for orders above $150 or $15 flat rate (7-12 business days)

Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei : free shipping for orders above $150US or $15 flat rate ( 3-5 business days)

Indonesia: free shipping for orders above $50US or $5US flat rate (3-5 business days)

If you Order Products from outside the US and Indonesia, your Order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may also be required to pay additional customs clearance charges.
