let's see how we make it

the things that matter

DEEP DIVE

closed loop system

We work on a closed loop system where everything we take from the planet, we’ll somehow have to replenish. That means we’re extremely careful at selecting our supply chain, from shipping and logistics to materials, production and our packaging. Though there’s so much to learn and adapt in these slow and sustainable business practices, we’ve broken down a few of our efforts in making the world a little bit better with our small business. we work on a closed loop system where everything we take from the planet, we’ll somehow have to replenish. that means we’re extremely careful at selecting our supply chain, from shipping and logistics to materials, production and our packaging. though there’s so much to learn and adapt in these slow and sustainable business practices, we’ve broken down a few of our efforts in making the world a little bit better with our small business.

to stay slow and kind

as a part of ongoing initiative, we strive to produce in slow and small batches. we move toward being more environmentally conscious and transparent. we believe that is necessary in order to offer refined quality products and strengthen our commitment to be better each day.

we dedicate our production to be more thoughtful, to reduce unnecessary impact on other beings and on our planet whilst providing the best-in-class craftsmanship home essentials.

our garments and beddings are made to simplify things in your life, which dyed with harmless dyes that is oeko-tex 100 standard. all of our goods are made in batches of 10-15 each time, which then we only will be restocked after products are run out of stock to avoid waste. we operate and sew with six balinese ibus (ladies), thus we can ensure that every person involved in our production is comfortable, safe and happy.

creating positive outcome

we feel the urge to make more positive outcomes and impact in ways that we can, as we believe the textile industry is a damaging one globally thus we take every measure possible to offset this impact.

we also offer a carbon neutral shipping setting option for each order, with these efforts combined, we’re proud to be able to bring forth a more positive outcome on the people and plant through our business.

from the founder

i find joy in things that have their own stories. and i think what we call “home” mirrors our inner self. peace reflects peace; colour reflects colour. of all the things at home, let's get more personal. we sleep in bed, love in bed, laugh in bed. this linen collection is a silver lining.

why our linen

made to last

we really wanted to create something that lasts for decades, we thought linen would be the one; as it gets better each wash.

stonewashed fabric

pre-shrunk softened fabrics that come in ready to sleep. it gets softer each wash as well.

certified linen

with all the chemicals out there, we vouched to never again use any harmful chemicals. each of our linen is oeko-tex certified. (no harmful chemicals used)

earth friendly

sourced from the most sustainable materials, linen is a zero-waste fabric and pesticides free. linen is also biodegradable. the cherry on top? all of our packaging is earth-friendly.

the commitments we hold on to

1

clean & organic fabrication

when we first started our company, we pledged to use only clean and organic fabrication for all of our products. we adhere to a strict list of substances to ensure that what we use is safe for the environment and you.

2

small & local

we pick carefully who we deal with, both in terms of textiles and personnel. in order to make seasonless items, we maintain long-term partnerships with local manufacturers while lowering emissions. all of our items are created in small quantities ranging from 6 to 24 at a time.

3

women-centric

we work closely with women-only producers to deliver the most exceptional goods to you. from working with local ladies to make our beddings and wearables to us. and us our company is run by 90% women.

4

fair trade standards/ethical working

when we vow we offer secure, enjoyable, and ethical working environments, we mean it. everyone in our supply chain—farmers, garment workers, and recyclers—must be treated with respect and must make appropriate decisions on carbon emissions, water use, and chemical use.

5

creating timeless piece

we realise that purchasing quality goods that will last a lifetime is the greatest approach to reducing your impact. that's why we develop season less home essentials and wearables that can be worn any day of the year. we aspire to design well-loved, well-worn objects that withstand the test of time, from our designs to our color palette.
