All orders will usually be dispatched from Bali, Indonesia, or The US within the first five business days of the order being placed. Some exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods, or if you Pre-Ordered an Out of Stock item. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.

Shipping is free for orders over $200.
Shipping is $25 to anywhere in the world.
How long does it take to arrive?
Shipping usually it takes around 10-15 business days to arrive.
This is the estimation of shipping time:
Asia: 10-15 business days
North America: 5-15 business days.
Australia 10-15 business days.

- There may be further delays if your package is being held in customs. Customers are liable for customs and duties in their country and will be contacted by local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.
- Shipping might be delayed during pandemic.
How do I track my package?
Worry not, we will email you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that there might be couple days of delay due to high volume of orders.

You're welcome to try it out - we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost and provide us with a tracking number as we can't guarantee to receive your returned item.
Please allow 48-72 hours to process your refunds. Every returned item will be carefully inspected and whether its approved or rejected, we will notify you by email.
If your returns are approved we will process your refunds and a credit will be refunded automatically to your original payment method that was used to place this order. Please note that due to different company policies it may take up to 7-15 working days to get your credit back.
Please note that we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging.

How do I make an exchange?
You can easily place a new order, items are not reserved until your returned item has arrived. Don't wait for too long! We will send a confirmation email of course!
